Free Tier

The free tier is designed for getting started and hobby projects. It includes:

- 1 endpoint - 100 requests per day - 24-hour request history - CLI relay - Real-time dashboard - Full request inspector

There is no credit card required for the free tier. Create an account and start receiving webhooks immediately. The 100 requests/day limit resets at midnight UTC. Request history older than 24 hours is automatically deleted.

The free tier is sufficient for occasional webhook testing, learning how webhooks work, and evaluating whether ReqPour fits your workflow. For daily development work, the Pro plan removes the limitations that would slow you down.

Pro Plan

The Pro plan is $3/month or $30/year (save 17% annually). It includes everything in the free tier plus:

- 10 endpoints - Unlimited requests - 30-day request history - Server-side relay (forward without CLI) - Team endpoint sharing - Priority support

The Pro plan is designed for professional developers who work with webhooks regularly. Unlimited requests means you never hit a daily cap during heavy development. 30-day history gives you a complete record of webhook activity. Multiple endpoints let you organize by provider, environment, or project.

Server-side relay is a Pro-exclusive feature that forwards incoming requests to a configured URL without needing the CLI running. This is useful for staging environments and always-on forwarding.

Managing Your Subscription

Subscribe to Pro from the dashboard under Account > Billing. Payment is processed through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. When switching from monthly to annual, you are charged the annual rate pro-rated for the remainder of the current billing period.

To cancel your subscription, go to Account > Billing > Cancel Plan. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. Your endpoints and request history are retained, but limited to the free tier quotas (1 endpoint, 24-hour history). Excess endpoints are paused, not deleted — upgrade again and they are reactivated.

Team and Enterprise

The Pro plan includes team features: share endpoints with other ReqPour users by adding their email addresses in the endpoint settings. Shared endpoints appear in each team member's dashboard. Each team member needs their own ReqPour account (free or Pro).

For larger teams that need more than 10 endpoints, custom retention periods, SSO integration, or dedicated infrastructure, contact us at support@reqpour.com for custom pricing. Enterprise features include:

- Unlimited endpoints - Custom retention periods (90 days, 1 year, or indefinite) - SSO/SAML integration - Dedicated infrastructure (isolated database and relay servers) - Audit logs - SLA guarantees - Invoiced billing with PO support

FAQ

What happens if I exceed the free tier limits? You will receive a notification when you approach your daily request limit. Requests beyond the limit are captured and visible in the dashboard but are not relayed to your local server. Upgrade to Pro to remove the limit.

Can I get a refund? Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Pro plan, contact support for a full refund.

Is my webhook data secure? Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/WSS. Request data is stored encrypted at rest. We do not access or analyze your webhook data. See our privacy policy for full details.

Do you offer discounts for open-source projects? Yes. Open-source maintainers can request a free Pro plan. Email support@reqpour.com with a link to your project.

Can I pay annually? Yes. The annual plan is $30/year, which saves you $6 compared to monthly billing ($36/year).
