1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ReqPour ("the Service"), operated by IronStack LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReqPour is a webhook relay and debugging tool that allows users to receive, inspect, replay, and forward HTTP webhook requests to local development environments. The Service includes a web dashboard, API, and command-line interface (CLI).

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent activity
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Generate excessive load intended to degrade service for other users

5. Data and Privacy

Webhook request data (headers, bodies, metadata) is stored temporarily to provide the Service. Free plan data is retained for 24 hours. Pro plan data is retained for 30 days. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to transmit any data through the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

6. Payment and Billing

The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by IronStack LLC. You retain ownership of any data you transmit through the Service. We do not claim any rights to your webhook data.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronStack LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
